WHO WE ARE 

International Society of Diplomats (ISD) is an A-class International Organization, founded to promote international diplomacy through friendship, trade and investment, international cooperation, peace and social Justice, for development and advancement of humanity.

• CORE MANDATE
• ISD seeks to work with governments of various Nations, International, Regional and specialized Agencies to promote global peace, through international relations and diplomatic cooperation.

VISION

ISD visualizes a world where government and non-state actors can work in harmony with a common goal, to improve and sustain the universal fundamental rights of every human being, irrespective of race, gender, social status, religion or beliefs as enshrined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (adopted in 1948).

MISSION

To work in partnership with Government of various nations in promoting international cooperation by providing expert advice on issues related to foreign policies, economy, politics, security, health, technology transfer, education, agriculture and food security, environment, youth and gender issues.

OBJECTIVES 

1. To be actively involved in Peace work, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution in conjunction with relevant Authorities and Agencies

2. To offer necessary orientation in diplomacy and international relations to our members, corporate organizations and government agencies

3. To promote tourism and attract trade and investments for the benefits of its members and other members of the public

4. To promote diplomacy as a profession by encouraging young people from the grassroot to embrace it as a course of study by establishing young diplomats club in schools

5. To organize conferences, seminars, workshops, symposiums and other training to promote diplomacy at all levels of human endeavors

6. To participate in the promotion of various aspect of diplomacy with well-trained individuals, to be used for the execution of emergency task affecting the general public

Sovereign States: These refer to a sovereign Nation, having identified with the core mandates of ISD and having signed a partnership

or Cooperation Agreement “Treaty” with the ISD.
